Ingredients

The Recipe Builder software comes with it's own Ingredients database that you can use to build recipes. You can find the Ingredients database from the sidebar listed under Ingredients. To be able to add Ingredients, you do need the Ingredient Manager user role permission (or Admin).

Each Ingredient can have it's own image added, assigned a color and tags to help you find them better. Clicking on the View button will take you to a page which shows all the recent recipes that use that ingredient.

Ingredients have their own separate tag system. Tags allow you to group ingredients better so that your users can find recipes better. You can add unlimited amount of tags and descriptions. To add new tags, you need the Ingredients Manager user role permission.

Since each Ingredient can be assigned a color, this is used to show the ingredient in the Recipe list. If you hover over an ingredient's color in the recipe list it will display the ingredient's name.
