The reports section allows a user with the Reports Manager user role to view reports on various areas of the site.

The Finance Report allows you to look at your overall income for a specific date range. You can change the date range in the top right corner.

The Attendance report allows you to view how many users were present, late, absent and on holiday for a given period.
