Knowledge Base


The Knowledge Base allows you to add helpful articles for your project. This section should be used to provide articles that will troubleshoot issues users might be having or to provide detailed guides on setting up extra areas of your system.

Similiar to Documents, you can use the Text Editor to create and format your articles in a stylised manner. Articles are added to each project too and can only be accessed for that particular project that its been added to. One extra feature of articles is the "Sticky" feature. This allows you to "stick" articles to the top of category lists so that they are more visible.

The Knowledge Base uses Categories that you can create for each project to sort and order articles. Each category has a name and description you can give it.
