FAQ Section
The Support Centre comes with it's own FAQ section that you can use to add questions and answers for quick responses to commonly asked questions.
Users with the User Role FAQ Manager can access the FAQ section and provide new content.
In the FAQ section there is also categories, to help you organise questions into groups. On the client side, these categories are displayed to the user with the number of questions in each section.
In the client section, when a user clicks the FAQ question, the answer appears in the box below.
You can disable the FAQ section in the Admin Panel -> Section Settings.
