Hi everyone!

We are just releasing version 2.1 to CodeCanyon this week for Support Centre. A lot of bug fixes and updates were added to this version so I definitely recommend updating to the latest version.

One of the most requested features was creating tickets using email piping. This has been added with 2.1!
